complete?<br><strong>ART level asks:<\/strong> What features should the teams deliver during the PI?<br><strong>Portfolio level asks:<\/strong> Which major initiatives should the organization fund, and why?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LPM operates at the <strong>portfolio level<\/strong>, above individual Scrum teams and ARTs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Three main responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>LPM area<\/th><th>What it does<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Strategy and investment funding<\/strong><\/td><td>Defines portfolio vision, strategic themes, priorities, and budget allocation<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Agile portfolio operations<\/strong><\/td><td>Coordinates value streams, ARTs, dependencies, and portfolio execution<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Lean governance<\/strong><\/td><td>Monitors spending, outcomes, risks, compliance, and performance without excessive bureaucracy<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p
