I am doing web consulting at Ethos for my grad school internship. I designed the research methods including a survey of the employees here at Ethos. I presented to the executive director, and we are currently working toward implementing the information architecture changes I&#8217;ve suggested based on my research and knowledge of web design. The four templates were created by another intern, Thuy Pham. We will choose two of these templates, and I will test them in a focus group in a few weeks.
